ગુજરાતમાં ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં યોજાશે રાજ્યસભાની ચૂંટણી

Gandhinagar :  ગુજરાતમાં ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં યોજાશે રાજ્ય સભાની ચૂંટણી (Rajya Sabha Elections) યોજાવાની સંભાવના છે. કેન્દ્રીય ચૂંટણી પંચે (Central Election Commission) જે રાજ્યોમાં રાજ્યસભાના સભ્યોની ટર્મ પૂર્ણ થાય છે તે રાજ્યોને પત્ર લખ્યો છે. ગુજરાતમાં રાજ્યસભાની 3 બેઠકો માટે ચૂંટણી યોજાવાની છે. વિદેશ મંત્રી એસ.જયશંકર, જુગલ ઠાકોર, દિનેશ અનાવડીયાની ટર્મ પૂર્ણ થવાની છે. ત્યારે આ વખતે પણ 3 બેઠકો પર ભાજપનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ થશે.

The term of 6 years of Rajya Sabha is coming to an end. This term is going to end on August 18. Before that, last week, the Central Election Commission has written a letter to appoint the Nodal Officer, Election Officer for the election in all the states of the country where the term of the Rajya Sabha is ending.

If we talk about Gujarat, all these three seats were held by BJP in the past. Currently S. Jaishankar, who was the External Affairs Minister, along with Jugalji Thakor and Dinesh Anavadia, all three have won the BJP mandate. These three are currently associated with BJP.

કેન્દ્રીય ચૂંટણી પંચે લખ્યો પત્ર
કેન્દ્રીય ચૂંટણી પંચે જે રાજ્યોમાં રાજ્યસભાના સભ્યોની ટર્મ પૂર્ણ થવા જઈ રહી છે, તે રાજ્યોને પત્ર લખ્યો છે. પત્રમાં ચૂંટણી પંચે નોડેલ ઓફિસર, ચૂંટણી અધિકારીની નિમણૂક કરવા જણાવવામાં આવ્યું છે.

18 ઓગસ્ટે પૂરી થવા જઇ રહી છે ટર્મ
ગુજરાતમાં રાજ્યસભાની 11 બેઠકો આવેલી છે. જેમાંથી ભાજપ પાસે 8 બેઠકો છે. જ્યારે કોંગ્રેસ પાસે 3 બેઠકો છે. વાસ્તવમાં આગામી ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં વિદેશ મંત્રી એસ.જયશંકર, જુગલજી ઠાકોર અને દિનેશ અનાવડીયાનો કાર્યકાળ પૂર્ણ થઈ રહ્યો છે. ત્યારે આ ત્રણ બેઠક માટે ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં ચૂંટણી યોજાશે. આ વખતે પણ 3 બેઠકો પર ભાજપ પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરશે. કોંગ્રેસનું સંખ્યાબળ ઓછું હોવાથી 3 બેઠક ફરી ભાજપના ફાળે જવાની શક્યતા છે.
