ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ 1.48 સેકન્ડના વીડિયોમાં સંસદના તમામ ક્ષેત્રોને બતાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. વીડિયોની શરુઆત સંસદના ટોચમાં લગાવેલ અશોક સ્તંભથી કરવામાં આવી છે. ત્યાર બાદ સત્યમેવ જયતે અંકિત ભવન બતાવ્યું છે. વીડિયોમાં ભવન બાદ સંસદનો એરિયલ વ્યૂ બતાવ્યો છે. તેમાં સાથે જૂની સંસદ પણ દેખાય છે.

The Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation related to the ongoing controversy over the inauguration of the new building of Parliament House. The Supreme Court had refused to hear this petition itself. Dismissing the petition, the court said that we know why this petition was filed. It is not the function of the Supreme Court to entertain such petitions. The court asked who would benefit from this application? The petitioner could not give a definite answer in this regard.

A bench of Justice JK Maheshwari heard the case in the Supreme Court. Dismissing the petition, the court said that we know why this petition was filed. It is not the job of the Supreme Court to look into such petitions. The petition filed in the court said that the President is the first citizen of the country.

And being the constitutional head of the country, the President appoints the Prime Minister. All major decisions are also taken in the name of the President. The petition said that under Article 85, only the President convenes a session of the Parliament. According to Article 79 of the Constitution, the President is also an essential part of the Parliament. The decision taken by the Lok Sabha Secretariat not to inaugurate by him is wrong.

આવી છે લોકસભા અને રાજ્યસભા

વીડિયોમાં એરિયલ વ્યૂ બાદ લોકસભા બતાવી છે. જેની ભવ્યતા જોઈને ચોંકી જશો. લીલા રંગના બેરગ્રાઉન્ડ અને ઈંટીરિયર હોય કે પછી સોનેરી રંગની દીવાલો, જ્યાં જ્યાં આપની નજર પડશે, ત્યાં થોડી વાર ઊભા રહી જોવાનું મન થઈ જશે. લોકસભામાં અધ્યક્ષના આસન પર અશોક ચક્ર લગાવામાં આવ્યું છે. મોરના પંખની આકૃતિ લોકસભા ભવનની સુંદરતામાં ચાર ચાંદ લગાવે છે. તો વળી લાલ રંગના બૈકગ્રાઉન્ડ અને ઈંટીરિયરથી બનેલા રાજ્યસભાની ભવ્યતા પણ અનોખી છે.

28 મે, 2023 આ એ તારીખ છે, જે દેશના ઈતિહાસમાં હંમેશા માટે અમર થવાનો છે. ભારતની રાજકીય ઘટનાઓનો જ્યારે જ્યારે ઉલ્લેખ થશે, ઈતિહાસ લખનારા તેને આ તારીખનો ઉલ્લેખ ચોક્કસથી કરશે. હકીકતમાં જોઈએ તો, 28 મેના રોજ દેશને નવું સંસદ ભવન મળવાનું છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી આ દિવસે સંસદ ભવનનું ઉદ્ધાટન કરશે, જે બાદ ભારતીય લોકતંત્ર માટે તમામ નવા કાયદા આ સંસદ ભવનમાં બનશે.
