ભારત-નેપાળ વચ્ચે થયા ‘રોટી-બેટી’ના ઐતિહાસિક કરાર, ચીનના પુંછડે આગ

ભારત-નેપાળ વચ્ચે ‘રોટી-બેટી’ના થયા કરાર  નેપાળના વડાપ્રધાન પુષ્પ કમલ દહલ ઐતિહાસિક ભૂલમાંથી બોધપાઠ લઈને પોતાના પહેલા વિદેશ પ્રવાસે ભારત પહોંચ્યા છે. નેપાળના વડાપ્રધાન અને પીએમ મોદી વચ્ચે ઉષ્માભરી મુલાકાત થઈ હતી. બંને દેશો વચ્ચે વીજળી, ખાતર સહિત અનેક કરારો થયા છે. પરંતુ ભારત અને નેપાળ વચ્ચે એક એવા મહત્વના અને ઐતિહાસિક કરાર થયા છે જેનાથી ચીનમાં પેટમાં ધગધતું તેલ રેડાઈ શકે છે.

પ્રચંડની આ મુલાકાત એવા સમયે થઈ રહી છે જ્યારે ભારત અને ચીન વચ્ચેના સંબંધો ખૂબ જ તંગ ચાલી રહ્યાં છે. પ્રચંડની ભારત મુલાકાત પહેલા નેપાળના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ રામચંદ્ર પૌડ્યાલે દેશના નાગરિક કાયદામાં વિવાદાસ્પદ સુધારાને મંજૂરી આપી હતી. આ સુધારા સાથે હવે જો કોઈ વિદેશી મહિલા નેપાળી નાગરિક સાથે લગ્ન કરશે તો તેને રાજકીય અધિકાર મળશે. નેપાળના આ પગલાથી જ્યાં ભારતીયોને શાનદાર લાભ થવા જઈ રહ્યો છે. .ભારત-નેપાળના આ કરારથી ચીન ભારોભાર નારાજ થાય તે નિશ્ચિત માનવામાં આવે છે.

હકીકતમાં ભારત અને નેપાળ વચ્ચે રોટી-બેટીનો સંબંધ છે. ભારત અને નેપાળ વચ્ચે સદીઓથી ધાર્મિક અને સામાજિક સંબંધો છે. ભારતના ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ અને બિહાર રાજ્યોમાંથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં છોકરીઓના લગ્ન નેપાળમાં કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. પૌરાણિક માન્યતા છે કે ભગવાન રામના લગ્ન પણ જનકપુરમાં જ થયા હતા. આ મધુર સંબંધોની વચ્ચે નેપાળમાં ડાબેરી શાસન આવ્યા પછી સંબંધો બગડવા લાગ્યા. ચીનના ઈશારે નાચનાર કેપી શર્મા ઓલી વડાપ્રધાન બન્યા બાદ બંને દેશોના સંબંધો રસાતાળમાં ચાલ્યા ગયા હતાં. જાણો ભારતીયોને કેવી રીતે ફાયદો થશે?  ઓલીએ તો ત્યાં સુધી કહ્યું હતું કે, અસલી અયોધ્યા નેપાળમાં છે અને ભગવાન રામ નેપાળી છે.
