- Manager (Middle Management (MM) – II): 03

Education Qualification:
Manager (Middle Management (MM) – II):
- A minimum of 60% overall in graduation, or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). as well as MBA/PGDBA programs with a focus on finance or chartered accountants (CA).
- A minimum 2-year full-time MBA or PGDBA program with a focus in finance and a minimum of 60% overall or an equivalent CGPA is required.
- It is sufficient to pass the professional examination in the case of CA. Experience: Candidates must have at least four years of post-qualification experience (in Scale I or equivalent) and be currently employed by Public Sector Banks, India Financial Institutions, the Central or State Governments, PSUs, or any other reputable organization.

Management Trainee (MT):
- A minimum of 60% overall grades or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
- for graduation, as well as an MBA or PGDBA or an equivalent,
- with a focus on finance or chartered accounting (CA) after graduation.
- A post-graduation program in finance with a minimum 2-year full-time duration
- and a minimum of 60% overall marks or an equivalent CGPA is required.
- It is sufficient to pass the professional examination in the case of CA. Applicants may apply if they have taken the final exam
- for post-graduation or chartered accounting and are expecting their results by June 1, 2024.
